At Rafi Resellz, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to you. As a wholesale business, all sales are final, though we do our best to make sure special exemptions are made when necessary.

However, we will always ensure you receive the products you paid for, at a good quality.

Order Accuracy Guarantee

As all products sold are vintage / pre-loved clothing. However, there will be no stains or major defects. 

Premium Ralph Lauren Essentials Box

Your box will include 5x pieces of Ralph Lauren polos OR 5 Ralph Lauren knitwear jumpers, depending on our current stock.

You don't receive a mix of knitwear and polos, you'll receive 5x pieces of one or the other.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are sourced wholesale, we do not accept returns for sizing, preferences, or minor signs of wear typical of vintage/pre-owned clothing.


We only offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives with major damage not shown in the listing

  • You receive the wrong product type (ex: you receive a non-Ralph Lauren item)

  • Your parcel is lost in transit and confirmed lost by the courier

  • You never receive your order

 

To request support, contact us at support@rafiresellz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
